Definitions

  • Client: any professional or natural person legally competent under Articles 1123 et seq. of the Civil Code, or any legal entity, who visits the Site.
  • Services: www.icitatou.com provides the Client with:
    • Content: all information on the Site, including texts, images, videos.
    • Client Information: hereinafter called “Information”, i.e., all personal data held by www.icitatou.com for account management, customer relations, and analytics/statistics purposes.

The Site provides accurate information regarding the company’s activities but is not responsible for omissions or outdated information from partners or updates. All information is indicative and subject to change.

4. Technical Data Limitations

The Site uses JavaScript. www.icitatou.com is not responsible for material damage caused by the Site or by user equipment that is outdated, infected, or incompatible.
